Изтриване на акаунт в My Diet Manager
Приложението My Diet Manager (Google Play: com.dietmanager; App Store: diet.manager) се предоставя от Диет Дари ЕООД.
Как да изтриете акаунта си
- В приложението: отворете Още → Изтриване на акаунта и потвърдете. Акаунтът и данните при нас се изтриват веднага, а записът при доставчика ни за абонаменти — до 30 дни (вижте по-долу).
- Без приложението: пишете ни на darynikol@gmail.com от имейла, с който сте регистрирани, с тема „Изтриване на акаунт“. Изтриваме акаунта до 30 дни и ви потвърждаваме по имейл.
Какво се изтрива
- профилът (име, имейл, парола, ръст, тегло, възраст, цели и отговорът за бременност и кърмене);
- дневникът на храненето и водата;
- собствените рецепти и колекции;
- всички активни сесии на устройствата;
- записът ви при RevenueCat (нашия доставчик за абонаменти): име, имейл, история на покупките в приложението. Изтрива се автоматично заедно с акаунта; ако това не успее веднага, опитът се повтаря всеки ден и записът се изтрива до 30 дни.
Абонаментът не се спира автоматично
Изтриването на акаунта не прекратява абонамента LIFESTYLE. Спрете го сами, иначе магазинът ще продължи да го таксува: в App Store — Настройки → вашето име → Абонаменти; в Google Play — профил → Плащания и абонаменти → Абонаменти.
Какво се пази
- ако сте ползвали безплатния 7-дневен период — запис за него: номерът на бившия акаунт, платформата (iOS или Android), идентификаторът на безплатната покупка (номер на транзакцията в App Store или идентификатор при RevenueCat), датите на периода и криптографски отпечатък (хеш) на имейла, без името и без имейла в явен вид. Пази се, за да не се дава втори безплатен период на същия имейл или покупка, до 3 години от края на периода;
- запис, че изтриването при RevenueCat е поискано и изпълнено: номерът на бившия акаунт, състоянието и датите — до 1 година след изпълнението, като доказателство;
- транзакциите в App Store и Google Play — Apple и Google ги пазят като самостоятелни администратори, според своите правила и счетоводните изисквания.

Deleting your My Diet Manager account
The My Diet Manager app (Google Play: com.dietmanager; App Store: diet.manager) is provided by Diet Dari EOOD.
How to delete your account
- In the app: open More → Delete account and confirm. The account and its data are deleted from our systems immediately, and the record at our subscription provider within 30 days (see below).
- Without the app: email darynikol@gmail.com from the address you registered with, subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your profile (name, email, password, height, weight, age, goals and your pregnancy / breastfeeding answer);
- your food and water diary;
- your own recipes and collections;
- all active sessions on your devices;
- your record at RevenueCat (our subscription provider): name, email, in-app purchase history. It is deleted automatically together with the account; if that does not succeed at once, it is retried daily and the record is deleted within 30 days.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically
Deleting your account does not cancel a LIFESTYLE subscription. Cancel it yourself, or the store will keep charging it: in the App Store — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; in Google Play — profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
What is kept
- if you used the free 7-day period — a record of it: the former account number, the platform (iOS or Android), the identifier of the free purchase (the App Store transaction number or the RevenueCat identifier), the dates of the period and a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the email, without the name and without the email in plain text. It is kept so that the same email or purchase cannot get a second free period, for up to 3 years after the period ends;
- a record that the deletion at RevenueCat was requested and completed: the former account number, the status and the dates — for up to 1 year after completion, as proof;
- App Store and Google Play transactions — Apple and Google keep them as independent controllers, under their own rules and accounting requirements.
